This 3 bedroom, 3 storey town house is ideally located next to the beach on the new golden mile. It is located in a private, gated, complex which also affords safe and convenient parking next to the house.
The 3 large bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably in 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms each with their own full bathrooms with bidet and over bath shower. (A fold down bed is also available if required)
The master suite on the top floor has sea views from the balcony – even whilst drinking the first cup of coffee or tea of the day in bed!
One twin room has a large south facing terrace nestling in the banana trees – an ideal spot to have breakfast or sip a glass of wine in the evening
Downstairs, the large lounge/dining room (equipped with CD/radio player, video and satellite TV) leads out to a private, south facing garden and patio area,beyond which are the beautiful floodlit tropical gardens and the two large swimming pools shared by the complex. (Sun loungers and showers are provided and the larger pool has a life guard in summer months).
A 3 minute stroll on the path through the gardens leads to the Beach restaurant, miles of beautiful clean sand and the sea! The fully fitted kitchen and utility area includes a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Ample crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided for up to 8 guests – for those meals at home after a day in the fresh air on the beach or golf course. The house has both air conditioning and warm air heating. Towels, soap and bedding are all included in the rental costs as is weekly cleaning and a change of linen. A welcome pack of basics is also provided on arrival
