Situated in the peaceful residential area of Playa Flamenca, we are within walking distance of supermarkets, a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. There is a large local market on Saturdays
The house is well equipped with all the comforts of home - a fully fitted American style kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and iron and ironing board. The lounge area has 2 settees and a coffee table and a television that receives British and Sky programmes. A c.d. player, music c.d's, books and games there for your use during your stay. The two bathrooms both have a w.c., hand basin and shower and a there is a bath in the upstairs one, if you prefer to "soak". The two bedrooms, one twin and one double bedded both have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Both rooms lead out onto the balcolny where you can enjoy your early morning tea or coffee, overlooking the pool. Ceiling fans are fitted in both bedrooms and an air-conditioning unit is situated at the top of the stairs.
Outside there is a BBQ area with table and chairs for eating "al fresco". A BBQ, patio loungers and a gazebo are available during your stay.
The house is fully serviced between lets. Airport transfers can be arranged
The blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are just a few minutes drive away. These are cleaned daily and the clear water is ideal for swimming.
