The villa is situated in the mature and restful urbanisation of Montemar in the Costa Blanca north, only 1 km from the coast. Located between Calpe and Moraira, it is easily reached from either Valencia or Alicante airports, being 1 hour via the A7 from either. There are many supermarkets, other shops, facilities and beaches close by, but a car is essential.

The villa has undergone a complete refurbishment and equipping and now provides a very well furnished holiday home and base for the area. The villa is all electric, having separate water heaters on each floor and electric radiators in each room for the winter months. The through lounge and dining-room provides plenty of space for entertaining and satellite TV/DVD player is provided. The kitchen is luxuriously fitted out and equipped to a very high standard.

The 3 double bedrooms are of a good size with the fourth bedroom having two sets of bunk beds with additional bed under giving lots of sleeping space for children. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe providing hanging space and storage space. Being above sea level there is a constant breeze to take the edge of the heat and keep the villa cool in the hotter months of July and August.

There is extensive terracing around the pool at the same level as the upper floor and in close proximity to the lounge and covered terrace at the front of the villa, so an eye can be kept upon children. There are sun umbrellas, outside chairs and loungers plus a barbeque so that the wonderful climate of the Costa Blanca can be enjoyed to the full at the villa.
