All nationalities will love our villa, which backs onto the fairway of the second hole of the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club a highly rated gated community.
The villa has two sitting areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms contain large luxurious sofas allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day.
To help keep everyone entertained you will find a large TV with cable, VCR and a DVD system in the Family room, as well as Stereo Music System. Additional TV’s are located in the living room and two of the bedrooms. There is a computer with internet access if required.
The bedrooms are tastefully themed with lots of Celebrity, Disney and Golf memorabilia.
There are additional attractions in the Games Room including Pool and Table Tennis.
Patio doors in the Family room give direct access to the extended pool deck with lanai for welcome shade, which enjoys a stunning view over the fairway of the second hole.
If you need additional sleeping space for a couple more people, one of the sofas in the Living room can be transformed into a Queen sized bed in just seconds.
