Al Qalat is a 3 bedroom penthouse on two floors equipped to a high standard with fabulous views over the exclusive Marina Del Este and Almunecar Bay.
From the two large terraces you can sip your drink or eat al freso while watching the boats leave the Marina or spotting Dolphins playing off the coast.

The apartment comprises a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, a large lounge/diner, 2 twin bedrooms and one double and two bathrooms. Air conditioning/heating throughout.
The downstairs terrace has a dining table and chairs, and the large upstairs terrace has sunloungers, table and chairs.

There is parking to the front of the apartment or a designated space in an underground car park with lift access to the apartment.
There are two communal swimming pools. The Marina with it's bistro/restaurants and the beach are ten minutes walk.

Sheets, bathroom towels and cleaning is included and a welcome basket provided. Extensive dvd library, books and tv channels available to guests, as is high speed internet access. Flat screen TV and DVD in lounge. Also Bose ipod sound dock.

Unusually for an apartment the terraces are not overlooked and do not overlook any other terraces in the same block. They are very private, topping up the all over tan is a definite option !

Two minutes walk away is a 4 star hotel with spa wellness centre, all treatments available to non-residents.

Seems a long time ago now that we were sitting on the balcony at Alqalat enjoying a relaxing drink and watching the boats down in the harbour. But thank you very much for letting us use your wonderful apartment. It really was something special and the views out across the bay added great interest. It has to be the nicest and most well-appointed apartment we have ever stayed in. Thank you again.

Thanks too to Mike and Eve for their help in settling us in and especially for the very useful "welcome pack" - again a first for all the apartments we have rented. We trust we left the apartment as you would expect to find it.

We arrived on the 1st of December and were welcomed by the lovely lady Debby.
We thank you very much for your information, which you have left for us and the welcome gifts.
We immediately feel ourselves at home.
You both have a very warm taste, like we have in our house.
It does not refer to a holiday-apartment at all!
What a view and what a peace!!

GREAT and COMPLETE !!!!
