Our holiday villa is loved for its spacious rooms and central location to most holiday destinations. Only 3.5 miles (15 minutes) away from Disney World and easily accessible to Sea World and other fun spots, it also comes with personalized themes suitable for extra fun at home for children.

The villa is over 2000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, four stunning bedrooms - sleeps up to 10 and and 2.5 bathrooms. Includes a pool and hot tub for your luxury. Also, we recently upgraded the essential safety elements such as a pool door alarm and main door coded alarm for a secure "home sweet home" feel!

Each bedroom is fully furnished and designed with a unique theme to suit both adult and our imaginative young guests. The 17' Master bedroom on the ground floor has a King sized bed, with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The Queen bedroom has a Queen sized double bed and a dresser.

The two other bedrooms are for the young imaginative guests (and adults too) who love the immersive story telling of Harry Porter and Disney's Anna & Elsa. One room has a 'Harry Potter' theme and the other has a Disney feature of Frozen each having twin beds and with built in wardrobes. Games Room including a selection of Books Board Games Educational Toys and Play station 3 are provided.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker etc. There is also a gas barbecue and picnic area, plus a George Foreman electric BBQ.

To compliment the end to your day's activities is a 30' pool (heated on request in winter), south-facing in full sun screened out which offers complete privacy with wooden fence all around. A 6-seater hydrotherapy spa that will soothe and relax you for the next day full of adventure is in the pool area for convenience. We provide all linen & towels including pool towels for use around the private pool area.
