So in this case any guests are SPECIALLY INVITED GUEST OF OWNER, NOT a tenant or renter, and fee charged is considered an invitation consulting fee. As long as there are no parties, no loud noise that neighbors can hear, parking in designated areas, normal guest appearance, normal dressed, etc. and being INVITED GUEST OF OWNER, this will not offend anyone and instead satisfy everyone. This home should be considered a sanctuary and not for parties.
