The living room has a 32 inches television which is cable ready, dvd player, sofa bed which can accommodate extra guest to sleep. Has a dining table with 4 chairs.

The apartment has a fast wifi internet to keep you connected.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, cutlery, plates, pots and pans.

The bedroom has a double size bed , side table, lamp , mirror cabinet , built in closets with clothes hanger.

The bathroom has a walk in shower with water heater, a bidet, mirror, storage rack, towels and toiletries.
Additional notes from the owner

-Check in normally at 2pm earliest, check out normally 12pm latest. Early check in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability.

-All utilities (water, WiFi internet, cable TV and electricity) are included in the rental rate.

-Please note that the Building Administration requires a copy of the guests IDs. We need to obtain this by or before check in. Only guests whose names were submitted to the Building Security and Building Administration offices are allowed to sleep inside the unit. If there are additional persons to be accommodated, please inform the host.

- WiFi access information to be provided upon turn-over of keys.

-No smoking and no pets. Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the building.

-One-time set-up of linens and towels.

-The guests will be responsible for their personal laundry. We will provide a list of Laundromats in the area with reasonable rates.

-Guests will have to buy/bring their own toiletries (soap/shampoo/toothpaste/etc) and other consumables. ( can be provided upon request)
