This fabulous property is new to the holiday rental market for the 2015 season, and is a well equipped traditional Andalucian house high up in the hills of Alhaurin el Grande, but less than 10 minutes by car from two towns with a selection of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a modern health centre. Malaga airport is 20 minutes away, and the beach is also 20 minutes drive. Fuengirola and Marbella are close by, and Gibraltar is less than two hours away. Travelling further will take you to the lakes at El Chorro, historic Ronda, Seville and Granada. The beautiful town of Alhaurin el Grande itself is a vibrant white washed Andalucian village, with a weekly market, and offers plenty of facilities.

The house is an older style property on two floors with many interesting and rustic features. It has four bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and two sharing the third bathroom. There are also two further cloakrooms. The master suite boasts a king size bed, a separate dressing room and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. The three further bedrooms have a king bed, a double bed and a single bed plus sofa bed. Three of the bedrooms have doors opening out on to terraces, and one has air conditioning. There are two living rooms, and a dining room with a six seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range cooker, American fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and air conditioning, and there is a washing machine in the utility room. The entire house has the very unusual bonus of full gas fired central heating with radiators in every room, making this house a great place to stay in the winter!

Spanish living is all about the outdoors, and this house has several terrace areas, surrounded by beautifully kept and colourful gardens, and a sun soaked swimming pool. There is also an elevated tranquil seating area, and a brick built barbecue. There are plenty of outside tables and chairs, and also sunbeds. For a change, you could even take a 30 minute walk round the perimeter of the large grounds of around 7000 m2!

TV is available, and free use of the wifi internet is provided. There is good mobile phone reception, too.

The property is ideal for both couples and families, with plenty of space and a good location with outstanding views.

Standard check in time is between 5pm and 9pm, and check out time is between 8am and 11am, unless other arrangements have been made.
