The prestigious Esprit development is situated just off Highway 192 to the west of Kissimmee. As well as all the major attractions, the Gulf coast beaches are only about 45 minutes drive. The development has a communal swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and a golf club. There is a large lake with picnic and barbecue area that can also be used for water skiing and fishing. About 15 minutes drive from WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT.

This luxury villa is perfecly located and has all the facilities for the perfect vaction. The screened electic heated swimming pool looks out over the golf club and ornamental lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and third has twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and a further family bathroom.
