South facing in a beautiful area private location overlooking the Mediterranean sea, the Villa is surrounded by private Mediterranean walled gardens and is ideal for a family holiday or even two families since the accommodation is made up of two separate apartments on two levels each apartment has its own separate entrance and includes two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a shower room and toilet ensuite.

The villa is equipped with Sat TV, DVD, Wi-Fi internet access.

The Villa has an outside kitchen on the same level as the pool which includes a seating area and gas fired BBQ.

The Villa is situated in a good location approx 10 mins drive to Javea or Moraira, 30 mins to Benidorm, 1 hour to Alicante and 1 hour 15 mins to Valencia.

The Villa itself is non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke on the outside areas, terraces etc. The Villa is South facing so the pool and terrace have access to the sun from early morning until early evening. The close proximity of the sea allows for cool breezes which means the villa is airy and comfortable even in the hotter months of August, ceiling fans are fitted in the bedrooms, with the exception of the 5th bedroom which has a room fan. Hairdryers are fitted in all bathrooms.
