A large family home in a quiet residential park mid way between Windermere and Bowness. The house has fantastic views to the Lake District Fells and is detached in very good condition.

The accommodation is comprised of 1 double room 1 twin room; 1 single room with adjoining cloak room / toilet. There is also a family bathroom with power shower. There is also a small study although the main business office will not be accessible for the duration of your stay.

There is a large garden to the rear with a footpath on to the local fells.

The house is open plan with split stairs and enclosed bedrooms.

There is off road parking for up to 5 cars. The rail and bus station is 15 minutes walk and the town s of Windermere and Bowness just 10 minutes walk away. The lake is 15 minutes walk.
