The villa is located in an excellent position in Brejos, Albufeira and overlooks the Golf Academy which is based just outside the Montechoro area. The fabulous Old Town with its many shops, bars and restaurants or the famous 'Strip' are both only a 5 minute drive/taxi away. This luxury 5 bedroom villa benefits from 5 double bedrooms all en-suite bath/shower rooms of which four bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. The two upstairs bedrooms have the luxury of large outside terraces which overlook the golf academy. All rooms have air conditioning for which there is no charge. The large lounge boasts a 46 inch HD LCD television plus Wii and a wood burning fire. The dining room has a French oak dining table that seats 10 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped. The utility room has a washing machine. Outside there is a built in BBQ area and dining facilities for 10 people. There is a private swimming pool which measures 10 x 5 metres

All prices are in pounds sterling, however we will accept payment in Euro. A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of Ł300.00 (for single groups a security deposit of Ł500.00) is to be paid with the balance. We do not accept groups of under 25 years of age. We accept PayPal (subject to charges), bank transfer or cheque in sterling or Euro.
