The apartment is ideally located just a short distance from the well known resort of Puerto Banus and with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as the shopping centre.

The apartment is located in a large complex with 24 hour security and has wonderful sub tropical gardens, a choice of two large swimming pools with lifeguards and children´s pools (the pools are open from Mid May to End September). Sun loungers are also provided. There are also 6 padel tennis courts and a children’s play area.

This beautiful apartment is air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout. There is a lounge/dining room with leather suite and dining table for 6 that leads out onto a spacious terrace.

It is newly furnished throughout and is comfortable and well equipped. Apart from the living room and kitchen, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom for the twin bedded rooms.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with Satellite channels for UK stations and terrestrial Spanish stations, a DVD player and an iPod/iPhone dock sound system for those who enjoy bringing their own music.

The spacious terrace is fully tiled and provides an ideal place to relax at the end of a long day; there is also an al fresco dining area for those lovely summer nights and sun loungers for those who don´t want to go too far.

Golf at extremely competitive prices is available from numerous local courses, such as La Dama de Noche, which is floodlit and right next door to the complex as the name suggests, Los Naranjos and La Quinta to name a few. As an example prices at La Dama de Noche Golf Course in September 2012 were €28 for 9 holes and €39 for 18 holes. In addition Golf Packages for the local courses are also available at very reasonable prices and details of these, and how to access them, can be provided on request.

For those who like to stay close to home, the kitchen has a ceramic hob and oven as well as a microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
