Fully furnished and ready for summer or winter breaks particularly for golf as the new Golf course is now open and within a five minute walk. We do have left hand and right clubs for your use included.
The property is situated 40 miles south of Alicante and 6 miles from the coast, numerous white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca are within a short drive
There are five restaurants and bars again within a short walk, basic stores and a recently opened chemist
The property benefits from a fully tiled, walled, secure garden and a BBQ area, a large roof terrace with outstanding views and a small terrace off the main bedroom. We have also recently installed British TV so no need to miss a thing. The pool is shared by only a few residents and is not open to the general public. The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 guests but there is the possibility of additional camp beds by arrangement.
