This single story five bedroom villa on the Clear Creek community is just a few minutes drive from a wide range of shops, restaurants, golf courses and just a short drive away from the disney theme parks. With a major makeover at the start of 2011, with tasteful furniture and new d�cor throughout, this really is an ideal home for your Orlando holiday.

Enter through the front door into a tiled hallway leading to the open-plan kitchen and breakfast dining area, equipped with everything you might need. A formal dining area sits nearby and is adjacent to the family lounge which contains a large screen TV with surround sound system and doors to the pool deck.

The Master bedroom, with King-size bed and LCD TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom overlooks the pool area. Bedroom two, with a queen size bed and LCD TV, also has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the front of the villa contains twin beds, as does the fourth bedroom. Bedroom five contains triple bunk beds with a double at the bottom and single on top.

The games room has been equipped with a pool table that can be converted into ping pong, table football game, air hockey table and darts also with a variety of board games - plenty to keep the whole family occupied!

Outside; a south-west facing pool deck area with private pool is enclosed completely with privacy fencing. An undercover dining area with fan and awning completes the alfresco living requirement!

Every guest will have a complementary welcome pack waiting for their arrival. This includes 1 Large bottle water, Sprite or Coca Cola, 2% milk, Orange Juice, 1 box Cheerios cereal, Sliced loaf white bread, 1 large acket oreo biscuits, 1 bag/container sugar, 1 box tea bags, 1 jar instant coffee and 1 tub Utterly Butterly (or similar)
