Local amenities (7 minute walk) include the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant etc..

Local towns of interest are Javea, Denia, Moraira which all have beaches, nightlife, shops etc..
The adjacent town of Benitachell is a quaint typical Spanish village.

The property is located one hour away from Alicante or Valencia airport, a hire car is recommended since other methods may result expensive.
Free street parking directly outside the house.
