The accommodation is situated in "Pueblo de la Paz" meaning peaceful town, it is 5 minutes away from one of the top 20 beaches in Spain - Cala Moraig where you may enjoy activities such as sunbathing, swimming, scuba diving, there is also a charming chiringuito/bar to enjoy refreshments and food and there are pathways you can take along the coastline with stunning views.

Local amenities (7 minute walk) include the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant etc..

Local towns of interest are Javea, Denia, Moraira which all have beaches, nightlife, shops etc..
The adjacent town of Benitachell is a quaint typical Spanish village.

The property is located one hour away from Alicante or Valencia airport, a hire car is recommended since other methods may result expensive.
Free street parking directly outside the house.
