Our beautiful bungalow lola is situated in La Finca, Algorfa. Approx 30 mins drive from either Alicante or Murcia airport. We overlook the 2nd fairway of the magnificent golf course. We walk out of our front door yards from the large shared swimming pool. 15 mins drive to the nearest beach. 5 minute walk to the locals bars and restaurants and convenience store. It is a peaceful setting. if you fancy a nice stroll to the village walking past the vast amount of lemon and orange trees it will take you about 30 mins. In the village you have a choice of approx 12 bars and various cafes/restaurants, market day Wednesdays. Local shops and a lovely typically spanish square. Which if you are lucky will have a fiesta or something going on.
The bungalow is 6 years old very spacious with contemporary decor. kitchen with breakfast bar equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven usual appliances. Lounge has foldaway table allow space. Stero with a selection of CD's, games and books. Sliding Patio doors leading out to the patio and garden. with your view to the Golf course. Side stairs leading up to the large roof top solarium. Master bedroom with ample wardrobe space ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom 2 full size single beds, wardrobes. A family 4 piece bathroom. The area really has a lot to offer. For families, couples or golfing/spa breaks. you can eat at the local Spanish restaurants from as little as 8 euros per head for a 4 course meal inclusive of wine. Chinese all you can eat 10 Euros per head. Endless options for all types of food and entertainment. Endless markets in villages daily. If you don't want to drive i can source pick up and drop from airports. Because we have mountains around us the area is very warm even in winter, so an all year round location.
