The house is approached by a quiet lane that leads on to the apple orchards and the local vineyards of the village.
The house will have 3 double bedrooms one with ensuite shower room, seperate second shower room, living room with Portuguese satellite TV(some English channels), well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, pots and pans etc.
The local river beach at Sarzedo is less than 1.5kms from here and can be reached by a short walk; the river beach of Secarias is approx. 2kms and the river is less than 500ms away.
