The ground floor comprises of a large balcony leading into a barbecue area for relaxing outside dining,lounge,kitchen, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with walk in shower.

location:
The villa is located in golden fish, a villa zone area. Overlooking the bay of Albena, a beautiful sandy resort and Balchik town, an up and coming historic palace and harbour resort.
The villa has stunning panoramic views of these resorts and further on to the busy resort of golden sands which is extra special at night when the lights can be seen from the top balcony.

Outside area:
The outside area is stepped up in two grassed sections with beautiful grape vines and fruit trees and has its own natural well. There is also a small dipping water area. The villa offers a very peaceful relaxing atmosphere but with in easy reach of all amenities.
There is a charming traditional restaurant at the bottom of the hill with shops nearby and bus stops to all resorts and towns.
Its approx 20 minutes walk to Albena beach leading to the resort comprising of hotels, bars and restaurants and entertainments for all ages.
Balchik is approx 10 minutes by car and has lots of restaurants and bars along the harbour near the historic palace and botanic gardens.
Golden Sands is approx 15 minutes by car and is a very lively larger resort with bars,night clubs etc.
There are 3 new golf courses within 15 minutes drive, transport can be arranged and you can hire golf clubs. For £10 a day you can use the luxurious spa and restaurants.

General:
Bulgaria offers beautiful scenery,lovely sandy beaches and long sunny days.The cost of food and drink is far cheaper than anywhere else in Europe.
The nearest airport is Varna which is approx 35 minutes away from the villa and pickups can be arranged by the key holder or car hire is available from the airport or any local town.
Flights take approx 3.15hours from UK airports.
Varna is a large city steeped in history with various museums,markets and trendy shops

A welcome pack would be provided and bedding and towels etc would be changed weekly.
