Apartment iis two minutes to the beach and the inland marina, and close to the Sotogrande port.

Sotogrande is the most prestigious urbanization in Spain and has six golf courses of which two are of the best in the world, where Valderama was host to the Ryder Cup.

Sotogrande is also host to four main Polo centers and has many other sports available for all, tennis, padel, gymnasium.

The straits of Gibraltar are the most spectacular seas in the world and Sotogrande is the perfect port from which to sail into the Atlantic or cross to Morocco. from the beach there is a catamaran hire centre and yacht club.

Excursions from Sotogrande are ideally placed for Marbella, Tarifa (wind surfing) Ronda, and a bit further to Seville,Granada and Malaga.

All rooms in the apartment have light and the salon and main bedroom have terraces overlooking gardens.

The apartment has TV and in the kitchen oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer, and individual hot water.
