This has been done to save our clients money as cost before were always worked out to share the cost. However we feel this is not fair. ie Why should you pay for other people leaving the A/C on while at the beach or Golf Course. Most 95% of our clients now save money by paying for what THEY use. The meter is set at the standard tarrif and is not to make a profit for us. It is to save you our guests money.Monthly rates quoted are min three months booking.
