Luxury 3 double bedroom apartment overlooking the prestigious Las Ramblas Golf course, situated in a quiet well looked after cul-de-sac.

This apartment is of high quality from the marble throughout flooring to the granite worktops and the large patio area overlooking the 11th tee. The swimming pool is situated just outside of its front entrance to the right. The large and comfy lounge has seating for 6 and dining area for 6 plus an air conditioning unit.T.V for DVD useage only. The kitchen/utility area has everything that you will need for your holiday stay including a dishwasher.

The Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite is to the front of the property and has ceiling fans to cool you down on a warm evening. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds in each and ceiling fans.. all bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.

There are books, games and dvds to use if you wish to stay at home.. but lots to see and do ..including the Brand new Las Ramblas Clubhouse that is just a minutes walk away from the apartment serving food, drink, tapas etc all day..children are welcome.

Las Ramblas Golf Urbanisation prides itself on being one of the most well cared for areas on the Orihuela Costa.. and is just a short drive away to the La Fuente Commercial where the Restaurants/bars and shops are to be found... Peace and tranquility in your apartment..but plenty of things going on if you wish to venture out.

Beaches all along the coastline are just a 7 minute drive away.

Bath/hand towels are provided and also bedlinen..but please either bring your own Pool/beach towels with you or you may hire from me at a small charge.

I also have several apartments/villas available in the same area for groups of golfers, families, friends that are travelling together but wish separate accomodation.
