The cottage is fully renovated in comfortable rustic style, and is in a peaceful green country setting, shaded by orange and lemon trees, while only a short walk from the town of Muro and just 5 km far away from the beach. Big shady terrace area. Land-breeze. Good bird-watching (hoopoes, heron, falcon). Home grown veggies available from owner, depending on season. Walking trails through mountains starting at 5 minutes from property. Drive to the door and parking area. Shops, restaurants and banks nearby in Muro town. In the montain of Muro, home to Pollença and Puerto Pollença, as well as to Alcudia, with its Church, Plaza and Museum. Suitable for young children, thanks to open well on property and terrace area.

There are two floors. On the grand-floor there is a large dining room with massive antique wooden dining table, ideal for big parties or dinners, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a complete bathroom and a wide entrance which takes access to the first floor.

On the first level there are three bedrooms; one twin bedrooms, two double bedroom all with windows to terrace overlooking pool and gardens and a full bathroom.

Outside of the house you find the covered terrace with access to a heavenly garden with variety of trees. Beside the pool a fully covered barbeque house, where you can enjoy your holidays in Mallorca.
