Located in the beautiful hills of Andalucia, this stunning property is the true jewel in the crown.

The slow pace of life in the local area, hilltop villages steeped in history, goats tinkling past, are all contrasted with the serene, clean cut, minimalistic environment of this beautiful property.

Access is through a gated entrance, and up a concrete drive to the front of the property. The house is surrounded by extensive patio areas, sunbathing terraces and shaded eating/relaxing areas, all with spectacular views.

The kitchen is fully fitted, has 2 ovens, gas and electric hobs, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and seating for 8 people. There is a seperate dining room, spacious lounge area with corner seating unit and a relaxing reading area in the main atrium of the property.

There is direct access to the outside patios and pool area from the kitchen and from the central atrium.

The sweepping staircase lead p to a galeried landing which accesses the 4 double bedrooms.

There is a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, Queen size bed, balcony and esuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi second bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower,jet bath and balcony. The third bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and balcony and the fourth bedroom has twin beds, an ensuite shower room and balcony.

The outside of the property offers plenty of areas for sunbathing, relaxing, reading and eating al fresco. There are also plenty of shaded areas.

To the rear of the property is a table tennis table under a shaded canopy should the sunshine become tedious and a lttle excercise required!

The pool is definetly the "piece de resistance" It is extrmely large and has a slide and Roman steps at the shallow end. The views from here are absolutely stunning, stretching right acros the valley . The pretty hilltop village of Comares is visible and also on clear days the sea.

The local village of Colmenar is only a short drive and has a good selection of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, bakery , butchers, chemist, banks,24 hour medical centre and weekly fruit and veg market.

The location of the property makes it ideal for day trips to some of Andalucias most famous sites, such as the Alhambra palace in Granada, Ronda, Marbella, the caves and beaches at Nerja and the pretty white washed villages of this enchanting area , known as the Axarqia.
