Our villa is in an elevated position above the small rural village of Bolulla, offering great comfort, spectacular mountain views and privacy within its own substantial grounds of 5,000 sq mtrs which consist of moorish terraces laid to olive, almond, lemon, orange and other fruit trees. During the season pick your own lemon for that gin and tonic. The house is surrounded by extensive flat terraced areas containing an 8 x 4 mtr tiled pool with walk in steps for easy access plus a shallow and deep end. Nearby is an external shower. The brick built BBQ is situated close to the outside kitchen which has hot/cold water plus a fridge. It is in an excellent location for lovers of the unspoilt spanish countryside yet is only a short distance from the coast. The Bolulla valley has cultivations of almonds, nispero, citric fruit groves and also supports bars and restaurants. The nearby major town of Callosa is famous for its fiesta re-enacting the colourful battle between Moors and Christians every October. The excellent beaches of the Costa Blanca are all at hand with Altea, Benidorm and Calpe being only a short car journey away. Within 12 kms are 2 x 18 hole golf courses and all the sophisticated coastal resorts or inland the ancient, historic, internationally known mountain village of Guardalest. Heating in all rooms and a woodburning stove make the villa suitable for either short or long stays during winter months.
