Welcome to our luxury villa on the High Grove development. This gated community offers all the peace and quiet a family could ask for and is still only a 10 minutes drive from all the Disney Parks.
This two storey villa has five bedrooms, sleeping 10 in total, 3.5 bathrooms, air-conditioned and mainly carpeted throughout. There are two separate lounges for you to relax after a busy day at the theme parks with all the comforts of home including cable TV and free Wi-Fi internet access. Our kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Situated on a large corner plot with a southwest screened pool and spa it enjoys many hours of sunshine. There is a spacious lanai for relaxed alfresco dining and four poolside sun loungers.
There are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets (Walmart - 24 hours) close by. There are also a variety of good golf courses in the vicinity. Visitors to our home may also take advantage of the large Club House swimming pool, games room and fitness area.

Bathrooms 2 and 3 with bath/shower over, WC, sink, mirror and hairdryers. Ground floor cloakroom.


Kitchen:
Full range of cookware and tableware for a minimum of 10. Full size oven, grill and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. Breakfast bar. Large pantry. Telephone.


Utility Room:
Large top-loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes basket, airer and vacuum cleaner.


Living Rooms:
Formal lounge with black leather suite. Family room with a large comfortable suite consisting of a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and a large armchair. Cable TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access.


Other:
Dining area with dining table and chairs and patio doors to the lanai and pool area.


Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen provided although, we ask visitors to supply their own beach towels. The property is cleaned before and after each rental. Additional cleaning can be arranged through our Management Company during your stay at an additional cost.


Outside:
Outside is a private screened south west facing pool and spa (with optional heating) backing onto a communal grassed area. A paved deck surrounds the pool with four sun loungers for relaxation. A lanai with a patio table and six chairs is ideal for alfresco drinking and dining. Outside lighting and underwater pool lighting means that this area can be enjoyed in the day and during the evening after a busy day at the theme parks. Alarmed patio doors will also prevent small children from wandering outside unsupervised.

A double garage/gamesroom is also available with table tennis table.
