Our Executive Villa is five years old, built on an end lot overlooking a beautiful conservation area and is not overlooked by other villas.

The Villa is 30-40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, just off CR532, close to Interstate 4. It is a 10 minutes drive to Disney, 15 to Sea World and about 20 to Universal. We are centrally located, equidistant from the beaches on the East and West coast.

The golfers in your party will be spoiled for choice as we are less than a five minute drive to the renowned Reunion and Champions Gate golf courses and there are numerous other golf courses within easy driving distance.

Our villa features its own private pool and spa and boasts an integrated games room on the second floor � not a converted garage - featuring a snooker table, foosball table, TV and DVD player.

The master suite on the ground floor boasts a king size bed, walk in closet, sepate shower and bath tub in the master bathroom with door leading onto the private covered lanai. Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms. A queen and one twin share a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom while the double and second twin share a large family bathroom. All bedrooms have their town TVs.

Everything you need for a home from home feel you will find in our Villa - Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Fridge Freeze with ice maker, Diswasher etc. All bed linen, towels etc etc.
