Apartment Dar il-hena which translates to ‘house of peace’ brings a touch of luxury to self catering accommodation on Malta. With use of a shared pool and views to Ghardria Bay, Malta's longest beach, the apartment is well placed for those wanting to simply relax or visit Malta's many sites. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Well equipped. Served with a lift which goes down to the underground garage. The bus stop is a short walk away so car hire is not essential.

The dining area furniture is solid ash, table and 6 dining chairs, sideboard, and a well stocked bookcase. The lounge area has a 3 seater and two 2 seater leather sofas. CD player, Cable TV, DVD player and a 32' LCD TV. Occasional tables and lamps.

The lounge area leads to patios doors to the balcony with views over the sea and shared pool. The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open plan giving a nice open airy feel.

The kitchen, handmade by a Gozo craftsman, has all the equipments we could think of. Dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, espresso maker, pots, pans, stick blender, cool box, glassware and acrylic picnic ware.

Each bathroom has a heated towel rail, large mirror, sink and WC.

Rental Notes

All prices are in UK Sterling. Prices are per week. Stays across price bands will be calculated pro-rata on the bands in which the dates fall. We are not the cheapest but we aim to provide the best! Cancellation Policy: We will attempt to re let the property, possibly at a discount. If we are successful we will refund the difference of any monies already received less any shortfall on the re letting. In the event that we are unable to re let all monies paid will be forfeit.

20% deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. UKŁ300 accident deposit which will be refunded after an inspection of the property confirms no damage. Payment can be by UK cheque, bank transfer or credit card
(via Pay Pal). 2 for 1: Book a stay of 3 weeks between Nov and Feb and only pay for 2. Bookings made before 1st Dec for next year need only pay 10% deposit to confirm. Balance of deposit payable by 1st Mar or 8 weeks before arrival whichever is the earliest.

Booking deposit - 20%
Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 300GBP
