Our fully equipped 3 bedroom villa is in a quiet and attractive location close to all the major attractions that central Florida has to offer.

The villa has its own private fully screened swimming pool, is fully air conditioned and has no rear neighbours...we overlook a wetlands reserve that has a variety of bird life.

There is a Master bedroom (queen sized bed) with en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bed three has twin beds.

The villa has two lounge areas, one of which has a comfortible double sofa bed.

The Garage has been converted to a games area with Table Tennis, Pool and Table Football.

The family room has TV/DVD with a good quality cable TV package. (Films sport etc)
