Balcon Heights is located just six minutes' walk from the popular Penoncillo beach, between Nerja and Torrox Costa which boasts the Best climate in Europe. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes by car from Torrox to the west and 10 minutes from Nerja to the east. There are several beach bars and local shops and a supermarket within walking distance. The paseo maritimo (promenade) at Torrox has many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The complex includes two communal pools, one main pool for families and an adults only pool. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

There is a spacious kingsize bedroom and ensuite and one twin bedroom with separate bathroom (plus both with their own terraces). This apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
