Casa Ana is a beautiful, air-conditioned first floor apartment literally across the road from the La Marquesa Golf Course. It is accessed by a private road to the rear, therefore there are only 2 steps into the main living area. There is one double bedroom and one twin plus a Graco travel cot, a beautifully furnished living and dining area and a kitchen area with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, ceramic hob and microwave. There is satellite television, DVD and CD, and the apartment benefits from air-conditioning (warm as well as cold) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Situated in the town of Quesada, close to Rojales, Casa Ana is just 10 minutes by road from several Blue Flag beaches in and around the towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja. There is a quiet, shared swimming pool just 50 metres along the private road, making it exceptionally safe for children. There is a supermarket within walking distance, together with the Golf Clubhouse for those wishing for a relaxing round or two. Climb the steps to the roof terrace and you will find there are stunning views right across the Golf Course to the distant mountains beyond. Sun loungers and a barbecue are provided.Please note that the apartment is situated on a select development and any inappropriate behaviour is dealt with immediately and severely by the local community President and the police!
