This luxury 1st floor apartment is situated in the small fishing village of Gulluk, which is only a 15 minute drive from Bodrum Airport.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably (Master Bedroom - Double bed, 2nd Bedroom - 2 Single beds, Lounge - Double sofa bed) with an en suite for the master bedroom and a good sized main bathroom. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe space and full length mirrors.

There are three balconies, each with views of the pool and surrounding landscape. As the apartment is at such close proximity to the communal pool, you are able to watch children from the main balcony, making it ideal for families.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning in every room, an open plan layout and well equipped kitchen (see facilities for details). Plus the added advantage of table and chairs for the balcony.

This apartments location is fantastic as you can dictate your own theme such as visiting, by boat, the village of Iasos lying at the head of the ancient gulf of Mandalya, where you will find an interesting and unspoiled archaeological site that is a mixture of Greek, Roman and Crusader ruins; or stay and relax in Gulluk with its fine walks and restaurants within the bay which are well known for their excellent fresh fish and general cuisine.

For others there is the short trip to Bodrum where there are restaurants and discos lined around the stunning marina.

We ourselves, for example, stay in Gulluk and relax taking trips to Bodrum to visit the market on Fridays and stroll around the marina. We have also taken advantage of the day trips across to the Greek Island of Kos and trips along the coast from Bodrum that are offered along the marina.

Clean linen and bathroom towels are provided (please bring own towels for pool & beach use)

We can also organise airport transfers and a small welcome pack of groceries.
