There are two master king suites, one on the ground floor and one on the first. The remaining bedrooms, 1 queen and two twins plus the third bathroom are on the ground floor.

This home is bordered on three sides by conservation land and wetland areas so it also has a delightful outlook.

The pool and lanai area of Grand Palm like it’s sister home, Grand Oak, is very secluded and tranquil and with no nearby neighbours to the rear of the property it offers complete privacy where you can relax and unwind.
