The Villa which is privately owned is approximately 5 mins from Disney World and about 30mins from Sea World and Universal Studios. A short drive to Highway 192 you will find gift shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

It comprises 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, family lounge with settees and coffee table, large TV.

The private screened swimming pool is south facing allowing the sun on the pool all day. There is also a large shaded area in case you need to cool down a bit. The rear of the property looks out on to a large conservation area of natural woodland and provides a peaceful and relaxing environment.

The master en-suite bedroom has a King size bed, cabinets, dressing table, clock radio and T.V. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, two sinks and a large wardrobe. A door from the bathroom leads directly to the pool area via a covered passage.

The remaining twin bedrooms are separate from the Master suite and share the second bathroom which has a bath/shower and sink unit.

A cot is supplied free of charge.
