Confortable delightful holiday villa with a sea view, private pool, and it can sleep up to 10 guests. From the terraces of the villa you have a wonderful view
of the valley of Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea.

Quietly situated, a spacious, detached villa on one of the hills of Moraira, Costa Blanca, with own big (2 cars) covered parking at the front entrance.

On the ground floor of Xenofilia II you have the big living room with a luxury interior, with large sofa and chairs, satellite tv, telephone, and french windows onto the terrace and the pool. The separate kitchen with dining area has also a door to the terrace and a handy hatchway to the lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasser, grill and microwave. There are 4 bedrooms and each has there own bathroom. The main bedroom has french windows onto the terrace and a double bed. There is another double bedroom and two double bedrooms with single beds. Their is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor there is a large sun terrace leading into a tower room, which is accessable by steps from the pool terrace. There we find a bedroom with double bed, dressing area and bathroom.

The several terraces have of course comfortable deck chairs. The covered terrace has a large sofa and chairs and also a dining table and chairs. There is a sea view from all the terraces over the valley into Moraira. Sun terraces and pool are all on the same ground level. This area is surrounded by a wall.

We would also mention the well looked after Mediteranean garden, the possibility of playing tennis on our private tennis court which is a five minute walk away. (playtime sometimes need to be organized) and to invite your well behaved domestic animal to enjoy your holiday.
