Our comfortable 'villa-style' spacious home is situated approx. 2.5 kms from the town centre and port of Denia in a quiet area on a small self-contained complex which is accessed through security gates. The sandy beach of Les Marines is just 500 mtrs away, a short walk, as are local shops, restaurants, pharmacy and bus route. The well equipped accommodation has three good size bedrooms, all with air conditioning, there is a balcony leading off the master bedroom which overlooks the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor. The downstairs is open plan with lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower/toilet and utility room. French doors lead to the gardens and patio which has table and chairs for 'alfresco' dining. The swimming pool, which is shared by the small community, is just a few steps away.
