This exceptionally styled penthouse on Polaris' La Torre Golf Resort has 2 bedrooms, extended living space and a huge terrace giving you views over the 18th tee and as far as the Mar Menor. The modern interior is furnished with flair for practical and luxurious living. All for your enjoyment.

Lounge
Leather seating and generous proportions make this an inviting space with full entertainment. There's a flat screen TV, over 200 channels, a DVD player, an IPod docking station and there's even wireless internet access.

Dining
A unique dining experience is created by glass panelling. From the impressive dining table there are uninterrupted views whilst being protected from the elements by the surrounding glass. All of the panels fold back completely extending the living area onto the terrace. Al fresco dining whatever the weather.

Terrace
This totally private, huge, L-shape terrace comfortably fits 4 sunbeds and overlooks the 18th tee and the 10th fairway. In addition to the dining suite there are also 4 very comfortable lounging chairs and coffee table.

Kitchen
The kitchen is so well equipped that you could even entertain guests for dinner during your stay ! Includes washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, fan oven and hob plus dishwasher. There is ample crockery, glassware, cutlery and a full range of utensils.

Bedrooms
The 2 bedrooms sleep 2 to 4 people; a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the twin bedroom - all with quality bedding from the Yorkshire Linen Company© Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

Bathroom
The beautiful bathroom has a full sized bath with shower plus pedestal, wc, bidet and hair-dryer. All towels are provided including beach towels.

Car Hire
During Summer 09 car hire prices shot up due to the limiting of fleets. We can still offer VERY cheap car hire prices - 2008 prices infact ! Ford Ka with air con €130 for 7 days in January. Compare and then come back to us.

ACCOMMODATION NOTES
This is a no smoking apartment, however smoking is permitted on the terrace. Cots and high chairs are available for hire on request.
Air-conditioning/heating units are fitted in the penthouse and if required are £5 a day.
There is underground parking space and plentiful street parking. La Torre is a highly secure walled complex. We will be a phone call away to help you with anything you might need - car hire, extra accessories for the apartment, suggestions for day trips and restaurants etc. We can also organise Airport transfers and ensure that you are fully settled into your wonderful 'home away from home'.
