Our villa is a large two story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa located within the world class golfing community of Southern Dunes. It boasts a picture perfect view of the legendary Southern Dunes Golf Course. There is sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people.
On the 1st floor, we have the family room which has ample living space. The open plan area consists of lounge / TV viewing area, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.There is a large flat screened TV, DVD player, cable TV, PS2 & computer with wireless broadband. There is a double bedroom on this floor with a bathroom adjacent to it. This bedroom and the kitchen area open out to the covered lanai, swimming pool and screened deck area. There is a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts board. For babies there is a high chair, travel cot and stroller. There is also a washer and dryer.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms - large master with en-suite bathroom, and 2 bright and spacious twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
