It consists of three independent luxury villas, built on the highest point of Xamoudochori, a small traditional village. The villas lie 3km south of the neareast beach of Maleme, in Chania, in western Crete.

Each villa accommodates up to 4, 5 or 7 persons and they have all been greatly appreciated for the excellent service and for the superb accommodation.

The villas are overlooking the vineyards and olive groves that prevail in the area as well as the Mediterranean ocean.

They are situated 7 km west of Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its intense life and many tourist activities.

The beautiful city of Chania with its well preserved Venetian Harbour lies 19 km east of the villas, while the airport of Chania (CHQ) is 32 km north-east of the villas.

Each villa has its own private pool and a large garden.
The villas are beautifully decorated with exceptional taste.

Each maisonette features many modern amenities as well as comfortable facilities and it is the only self-catering property in the area of Chania that offers daily maid service. Also, massage sessions can be ordered as well as
an impressive marble hammam is available for aromatherapy sessions on request.

Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 4-6 pers. In the living room there are comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace. The villas have two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bathtub and a one with a shower.

Both floors have spacious verandas with view to the pool and the ocean.

Villa Kissos is a 100sq.m. maisonette, made of wood and stone, featuring a large swimming pool of 90 sq.m.
It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with two beds and a sleepinggallery with a single bed. Therefore it can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Villa Myrtia is a 100sq.m maisonette, made of wood eand stone, featuring a large swimming pool of 90 sq.m. which also includes a children's pool.

It consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom with two beds and a sleeping gallery with a single bed. Therefore it can accommodate up to 7 persons.

Villa Rodia is our newest villa and the most exclusive,115 sq.m. It accommodate 4 persons, consists of one large beautiful master bedroom with a king size double bed. In the romantic attic there ia also a double bed.

The villas are open throughout the year as they are centrally heated and fully air-conditioned, featuring beautiful stone fireplaces.
