For flights to and from the UK and other parts of Europe, Girona Airport is just a 30-minute drive away (Barcelona Airport about 90 minutes).

Communal facilities include three outdoor swimming pools (one on the fifth-floor solarium and one a 25-meter lane pool; see pictures), three floodlit tennis courts, poolside bar/restaurant, landscaped gardens and kids' playground, table tennis, billiards and a small indoor gym with treadmills, bike, cross-trainer & pilates/yoga floor.
The apartment is two minutes' walk from sandy Torre Valentina beach, with several small, secluded coves nearby. There are two large supermarkets 1km away and excellent local restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Most local shops and restaurants are open year-round, not just in high season.
