This is a privately owned villa with its own private swimming pool overlooking the beach and sea. Furnished to a high standard and very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and for those wishing to self cater, it is ideal. Located in a traditional Portuguese fishing village where there are local restaurants both in the village square and along the quayside. The lounge and each of the bedrooms have panoramic views of the beach, sea and Castle of St. Joao de Arade. The expansive sandy beach never gets crowded and the two beach restaurants provide umbrella and lounge facilities for those requiring this. Golf, water sports, horse riding are all very close by and this location has something for everyone.

In the summer months not only does one have the run of the villa and the local beach but there is entertainment frequently laid on in the village square which always brings out the local families and guests to the area.

Deposit - 30% deposit of the rental rate is require on confirmation of the booking, with the remainder payable no later that eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Booking Changes should be advised by email in writing and whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your request, unfortunately no guarantees can be given. Cancellation - in the event of the client cancelling the booking, all payments made at the time of the cancellation are non refundable. Security Deport - upon arrival, a credit car swipe will be required to cover against damage or any cleaning over and above what would be the norm. Insurance is recommended - the property is insured against fire and other perils but this does not include your personal belongings.

Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival.
