WESTRIDGE is a gated community located on the northern outskirts of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee), along highway US27, between highway US192 and the I-4 interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minutes drive from the villa, with Disney’s main gates approximately a 15 minute drive and Orlando International Airport about 30 minutes away. The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full-time residents and short term rental homes. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills. The community offers free use of its clubhouse, community pool and gym to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Norman’s new Champions Gate complex, which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses.

The property consists of an open plan kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. It is equipped to the highest standard, including free use of cot and high chair, together with a washing machine and dryer. There is cable TV in all bedrooms and living area and 2 DVD players. There are four bedrooms, one master and one double, both with en-suite bathrooms, and two twin bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom.

There is a fantastic south-facing heated pool, which features an extended deck area, with access via patio doors from the lounge, which are alarmed for extra safety, or via the en-suite to the master bedroom. It is furnished with chairs and sun loungers for all year Florida sunshine. Pool heating is available at extra cost, and is recommended for the months from October to April.
