Welcome to Villa Casa Pavo Real, it is located above La Herradura bay on San Nicholas, with fabulous views over the bay. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre and the beach with its plentiful supply of chiringuitos, restaurants, tapas bars and small shops.
This luxury villa comprises 3 bedrooms; 1 king sized with TV/video and en suite bathroom and 2 twin with a separate bathroom. It has a large lounge/dining room and a well equipped kitchen and utility room with hob/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Lounge and main bedroom has air-conditioning. There are 2 terraces, a heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, table and chairs. There is a gas and charcoal barbecue and a walled garden which receives sun all day. Enjoy sipping cocktails and eating Al fresco watching the sun setting over the bay. A music centre, extensive book library,
video recorder,DVD and Free to View TV system are also included. The villa sleeps a maximum of 7 people (a folding bed is available for the seventh on request). A cot is also provided for any babies. No pets are allowed.
