It is on a large plot so there is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool, or in the evening enjoy a BBQ when it is a little cooler. From the garden, steps take you up to the covered terrace and the entrance door into a small lobby open to the lounge. A new commercial centre has been built as part of the development of the area and provides you with a further selection of amenities and shops. Away from the urbanisation is the original village of La Marina which is still very Spanish and you can visit this if making your way down to the beach with soft golden sands. The town of Guardamar is a 10-minute drive, again with lots of restaurants and shops, but it is always worth meandering through Sofia Park to see the wildlife on the manmade water feature. To reach the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja takes approx 25 minutes by car so to enjoy the area more fully and for your convenience a car is essential for this property.
