Situated just off the Moraira / Calpe costal road, so, convenient for both towns.

This area is well known for its mild climate and enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. Winters are typically very mild and on average 10 degrees warmer than UK.

The surrounding areas have a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore.

There are many blue flag beaches, some small and quiet and some larger, more suitable for Families.
The nearest beach is only 5 minutes drive from the villa.

There are an excellent variety of restaurants, some which retain their typically Spanish character. And many others, which will cater for the most discerning palettes. Or come and sample the harbour side fish restaurants.
The nearest restaurant is within walking distance.
Golf and tennis are nearby.
20 mins drive to theme parks and water parks.

1 hour drive from Alicante airport. Or Valencia airport 1 hour 15 mins.

We also own a larger 3 bedroomed property next door with private pool which could be rented together with this appartment for groups of up to 12 people.
