This high quality fully air conditioned Town home on a 4 diamond GFO accredited resort Offers you 4 good sized bedrooms.
There are two double ensuite bedrooms,(one on the ground floor) and two twin rooms, that share a family bathroom.

For the younger visitors, we have provided a crib (Play yard) and high chair.

The large lounge/dining room leads onto a covered terrace where, you can enjoy al-fresco meals at any time of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including electric cooker, microwave, fridge feezer with icemaker and dishwasher.

A laundry with washing machine and tumble drier is located on the first floor.

Regal Palms is a private gated community with restricted access and the facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests.

The resort incorporates a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls, outdoor spa pool and water slides.

Additional recreational facilities include tennis courts(in 2007), and a children's play area. The Clubhouse offers a large sports bar (with free entertainment some evenings), restaurant and games room.

The new day spa and health club is now open and offers a superbly equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna, dry heat room and beauty salon.

The Highlands Reserve golf course is located next door, The green fees are very reasonable and there is not normally a problem getting onto the course. The course is a par 70 championship course with extremely challenging greens. There is a good selection of other golf courses nearby
