Complete with awning and gas barbeque it is an ideal spot to enjoy a glass of rioja, al fresco dining or just chill out; and you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool at the same time! A 7 or 8 minute walk will find you on the seafront, where there are a number of select restaurants, bars, beach bars and cafes. A little further afield (about a 20 minute stroll)is the 'Parque Comercial' shopping centre where you can shop 'til you drop or simply have a drink and relax. If you want to experience 'authentic' Spain, away from the hustle and bustle, the high rise and loud discos, then this is the place for you.

Mojacar, in the province of Almeria, is a beautiful rural retreat still relatively unspoiled by tourism. Nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range, it has everything you could want for a quiet, relaxing and idyllic
holiday. Spectacular views, clean uncrowded beaches,and some excellent restaurants. Close by are picturesque whitewashed villages local markets and much more. Inland is the Tabernas desert, the setting for many of the famous spaghetti westerns, and a good day out for the children is Mini Hollywood. Here you will find an authentic 'western' town with the appropriate re-enactments of bank raids and shootouts, but also there is a surprisingly good wildlife park. This is Mojacar, 'The Corner of Enchantment'
