This pretty south facing cottage is located in a tiny hamlet close to the village of Néant Sur Yvel. Only the occasional car passes the house making it a tranquil location popular with a variety of birds. The house is set in a large garden set well back from the road.

The large garden includes a well, numerous trees and a tall hedge that divides the property from the road. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ. To the back of the property, the garden overlooks the surrounding countryside.

The ground floor of the cottage comprises one very large room including a comfortable seating area, dining area (with orininal fireplace containing a wood burning stove) and corner kitchen.

The two double bedrooms are of equal size and offer pleasant views to the front of the house. The two single bedrooms have pretty dormer windows overlooking the countryside.

The shower room includes a shower, WC, and heater.
