This duplex/house is situated 45 minutes east of Malaga airport in the town of Almuņecar and close to all amenities. The main centre of Almuņecar is a 10 minute walk past the waterpark along the beach with the
Mediterranean to your left.
The house sleeps up to 8 people, 3 double/twin rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area, it has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, toaster etc... The main bathroom is upstairs and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. The lounge/diner leads out to a terrace with patio furniture.
The complex has a communal pool and tennis courts (June-September) and is situated 200 metres from the sea with beach bars and restaurants nearby. To the east and west of the town of Almuņecar are the resort towns of La Herradura /
Marina del Este and Salobrena. Nerja, a very popular holiday destination, is about 10 miles away to the West. This 20 mile stretch of the Med is known as the Costa Tropical which is shielded by the mountain range just to the North.With its own microclimate it boasts the warmest weather in mainland Spain all year round and is suitable in the winter months for a mixture of skiing and sunbathing. For skiers the Sierra Nevada Mountain range is about an hour away and is the southern most ski resort in the whole of Europe.
Nearby there are many local attractions the premier one being the Alhambra Palace in Granada within easy driving distance.
